Default Suzuki SV650 electrical problems?

I messed up bad I think. I had a dead battery and went to get a new one, not only did advance auto parts give me the wrong one I think. but me being so excited and careless I put it on backwards for a second...can anybody tell me the damage.

It shouldn't have done any damage, that's what fuses are there for. Install the correct battery to the correct terminals and see if it starts and all the electronics are working. If so, you're golden. If not, check the fuses for any that may have blown.
