I think it's the carb?

I have a Honda XL 125, it is having problems in the mid throtle range.
It idles fine, good till 25% then pops and spudders untill 90% runs great.
cleaned the jets still having the same problem, what could cause this?
Im good with Hondas but this one has me stumped.
