I think he means that they can get you into trouble very quickly. Last summer was only my first year of riding in about 25 years. Brushed a footpeg and scared myself silly. But I should probably not even comment since I ride a cruiser. There seem to be a lot of very experienced riders here. Better for you to listen to them.
