Available only for US customers, the 2015 MY Harley Davidson Freewheeler sports a dependable, 1690cc, air-cooled, High Output Twin Cam 103 powerplant that can produce an asphalt-wrinkling 141 Nm of torque. It is rather small, for a trike, and was especially built for easier handling, with strong 60's cruiser influences in its design.

21st century technologies such as electronically-linked brakes, air-adjustable rear shocks, cruise control, an assist and slip hydraulic clutch and the foot-operated parking brake make it one of the most enjoyable trikes available on the market. Visually, it boasts the MoCo attention to detail and unique styling, such as the Enforcer aluminum wheels, the steel tank and fender badges, the 12" mini ape-hanger bars and the bobtail rear fenders, which give it a custom look.

Riding the Freewheeler is a unique sensation that's difficult to describe. With my previous three-wheeled experience limited to vintage off-road ATCs and modern on-road trikes with two wheels in front, I didn't have much to compare it to.

Their iconic look, distinctive sound and massive torque make them instantly recognizable, but the Milwaukee-Eight 107 and Milwaukee-Eight 114 engines take the Harley-Davidson V-Twin  to a place it’s never been. They’re the most powerful, coolest-running motors we’ve ever built. Smoother, stronger and more durable.
