'''Question''': No offense but why would I use this site over wikipedia.org?

#Other people will inevitably look for a motorcycle wiki in other places than wikipedia, and I aim to accomodate them. #Wikipedia is also quite controlling when it comes to posting images of bikes. Most of my images come from the '''Honda Motorcycle Identification Guide'''. They aren't creative works and hence I'm not worried about copy right infringement with them. | #Wikipedia is also quite controlling when it comes to posting images of bikes. I considered adding to wikipedia, but it's quite a bueracratic place and I'm not looking for people who want to argue something as simply contribute. We aim to more inclusive than wikipedia.
I originally considered simply making a simple php database driven website, but decided a wiki meets the goals of this project better than anything else, with one of the major factors being that it allows other people to contribute.

As for plagurism, yes I originally seeded much of the info from wikipedia, I'm not trying to plagiarise in any way but you can freely copy any information from wikipedia as long as you reference them as the source. I have created a template for articles which are from wikipedia
<nowiki>{{Fromwikipedia|title=Honda_VFR800}}</nowiki>
to attribute wikipedia as being the source of the original article. I've added this tag to the article in question.
Hopefully that answered some of your questions instead of raising more.
