The Maico GP400E (reduced effect) was a single cylinder, two-stroke standard produced by Maico in 1987. It could reach a top speed of 62 mph (100 km/h). Claimed horsepower was 16.63 HP (12.4 KW) @ 5400 RPM.
Engine
The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, two-stroke. A 77.0mm bore x 76.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 354.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a membrane.
Drive
The bike has a 5-speed transmission.
Chassis
It came with a 3.00-21 front tire and a 4.10-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The GP400E (reduced effect) was fitted with a 2.64 Gallon (10.00 Liters) fuel tank.
