The engine was a air cooled v2, four-stroke. A 95.3mm bore x 111.1mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1584.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).

It came with a 90/90-r19 front tire and a 240/40-r18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc. 4-piston. patented, uniform expansion rotors in the front and a single disc. 2-piston. patented, uniform expansion rotors in the rear.
