The Husaberg FC550 was a single cylinder, four-stroke standard produced by Husaberg between 2002 and 2005.
Engine[edit | edit source]
The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 100.0mm bore x 70.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 549.8 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a overhead cams (ohc).
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 6-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-disc clutch, operated hydraulically.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 80/100-21 front tire and a 110/100-19 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a wp mxma 4860-husaberg enduro while the rear was equipped with a wp pds 5018-husaberg enduro. The FC550 was fitted with a 2.38 Gallon (9.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 227.08 pounds (103.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 58.66 inches (1490 mm) long.
