The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 39.0mm bore x 41.5mm stroke result in a displacement of just 49.6 cubic centimeters.

It came with a 110/70-12 front tire and a 120/70-12 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear.
