The Excelsior 7-C was a v2, two-stroke standard produced by Excelsior between 1913 and 1917.

The bike has a 3-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the single speed.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
The front suspension was a trailing link-leaf spring while the rear was equipped with a rigid. The bike weighed just 274.92 pounds (124.7 Kg).
