Meguro Works also known as Meguro Plant as a manufacturers of motorcycles from 1909 until it merged with Kawasaki in 1963.
History
Meguro began production of motorcycles in 1909. In 1960, Meguro Works, Japan's oldest motorcycle manufacturer, entered into a business agreement with Kawasaki Aircraft Company, Ltd. Meguro was the first Japanese motorcycle manufacturer to produce every component of a complete motorcycle.
