Meguro Works also known as Meguro Plant were a manufacturer of motorcycles from 1909 until it merged with Kawasaki in 1963.

Meguro began production of motorcycles in 1909. In 1960, Meguro Works, the oldest Japanese motorcycle manufacturer, entered into a business agreement with Kawasaki Aircraft Company, Ltd. Meguro was the first Japanese motorcycle manufacturer to produce every component of a complete motorcycle.
