The engine was a Liquid cooled cooled Four stroke, 54° V-Twin. The engine featured a 10.5:1 [[compression ratio]].

Power was moderated via the Wet multi-plate type.

It came with a 130/70 R18 front [[tire]] and a 240/40 R18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via 2 x 310 mm Discs, 2 piston calipers in the front and a Single 274 mm disc, 2 piston [[caliper]] in the rear. The front suspension was a  Inverted, 46 mm stanchions while the rear was equipped with a Single damper, preload adjustable. The Intruder M109RZ Limited Edition was fitted with a 19 Liters / 5.1 US gal / 4.2 Imp gal fuel tank. The wheelbase was 1710 mm / 67.3 in long.

connecting rods

- A sleek wide fuel tank with 5.2 gallon fuel capacity that flows into

- A handlebar mounted digital tachometer and LED indicator lights flow nicely
with the tank mounted analog speedometer and LCD odometer, dual tripmeters, fuel
gauge and clock
- Inverted cartridge forks with 46mm stanchion tubes proved an aggressive front
end look with 5.12 inches of wheel travel
- A cast aluminum alloy swingarm works with a progressive shock linkage and a
preload adjustable single rear shock delivering 4.66 inches of wheel travel
