2008 - 2011 Yamaha T-Max 500Edit
The 2008 Yamaha T-MAX 500 is a large scooter, which the Japanese manufacturer has since the year 2001 in the portfolio. The Yamaha TMAX 500 is powered by a V2 cylinder engine, which would also look good on a motorcycle. The current 2nd generation has been sold since 2008 until 2011, in addition to a continuously variable CVT transmission from this year, also features ABS brakes and an immobilizer. Depending on the purpose of the motorcycle and its characteristics usually one among the three possible final drive options is preferred. On sport bikes the chain drive is preferred while most cruisers and touring bikes tend to be designed with belt or shaft drive. Manufacturers have used all of them over the year and each one has turned out to be a workable technology. The final drive of Yamaha Tmax 500 is belt.
