This is a S2 for sure, but the most appropriate and most correct model name is S2A, as this is solely used for this model of the in 1973 make of the 350 S2 mounted with a front disc brake.

Furthermore (for those who don't already know) please note that the chromed handlebar mounted on the tail-piece is missing on this photo.
