The Beta Motard 4.0 was a single cylinder, four-stroke standard produced by Beta in 2004.
Engine
The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 79.0mm bore x 71.2mm stroke result in a displacement of just 349.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).
Drive
The bike has a 6-speed transmission.
Chassis
It came with a 120/70-17 front tire and a 150/60-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a hydraulic fork while the rear was equipped with a single shock with adjustable spring. The Motard 4.0 was fitted with a 2.77 Gallon (10.50 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 293.21 pounds (133.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 55.51 inches (1410 mm) long.
