The Suzuki Birdie 50 was a single cylinder, four-stroke scooter produced by Suzuki between 2012 and 2015. Max torque was 2.66 ft/lbs (3.6 Nm) @ 5000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 3.22 HP (2.4 KW) @ 7000 RPM.
Engine
The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 39.0mm bore x 41.8mm stroke result in a displacement of just 49.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).
Drive
The bike has a 3-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet automatic centrifugal type shoe.
Chassis
It came with a 70/90-14 front tire and a 80/90-14 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via expanding brake (drum brake) in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear.
