The Suzuki SG 250 GOOSE was a Four stroke, single cylinder, SOHC, 4 valves Naked motorcycle produced by Suzuki in 1991. Max torque was 19.18 ft/lbs (26.0 Nm) @ 7500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 30.04 HP (22.4 KW) @ 9000 RPM.
Engine
A 73.7mm bore x 73.7mm stroke result in a displacement of just 249.0 cubic centimeters.
Drive
The bike has a 6-Speed transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet, multiplate.
Chassis
It came with a 110/80-16 front tire and a 140/70-15 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Single disc in the front and a Single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a Telescopic forks while the rear was equipped with a Single shock. The wheelbase was 53.11 inches (1349 mm) long.
1991 - 1999 Suzuki SG 250 GOOSE
For 250cc version, the main changes is cosmetically, the multi-curved bronze coloured exhaust and ally muffler are very pleasing, if a little mute. The black painted collector box looks like a real rust trap.
