The Suzuki T 250 INVADER was a Two stroke, parallel twin, air cooled Classic motorcycle produced by Suzuki in 1968. Max torque was 16.96 ft/lbs (23.0 Nm) @ 7000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 23.07 HP (17.2 KW) @ 7500 RPM.
Engine
A 50.8mm bore x 50.8mm stroke result in a displacement of just 196.0 cubic centimeters.
Drive
The bike has a 5-Speed transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet, multiplate.
Chassis
It came with a 2.75-18 front tire and a 2.75-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Drum in the front and a Drum in the rear. The front suspension was a Telescopic hydraulic fork while the rear was equipped with a Twin, plunger type hydraulic shocks, swingarm. The wheelbase was 50.0 inches (1270 mm) long.
1968 Suzuki T 250 INVADER
Suzuki followed up its sensational T20 Super Six with a 200cc version - the T200 Invader. Introduced in 1967, the T200 was styled like its 250cc brother but subtly scaled down as well as having 'only' five gears and a smaller engine. The latter produced 23bhp, six horsepower down on the T20's but this was nevertheless sufficient to propel the 'junior' twin past 80mph. The T200 lasted in production for four years, being dropped from the range at the end of 1971.
