The Ducati 620 Sport Full-fairing was a v2, four-stroke Sport Bike motorcycle produced by Ducati between 2001 and 2003. Max torque was 39.83 ft/lbs (54.0 Nm) @ 6500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 59.68 HP (44.5 KW) @ 8750 RPM.
Engine[edit | edit source]
The engine was a air cooled v2, four-stroke. A 80.0mm bore x 61.5mm stroke result in a displacement of just 618.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a desmodromic valve control.
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 5-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-disc, manual.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 120/70-zr17 front tire and a 160/60-zr17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a 43mm Marzocchi upside-down fork while the rear was equipped with a fully-adjustable Sachs monoshock, progressive linkage. The 620 Sport Full-fairing was fitted with a 4.23 Gallon (16.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 400.36 pounds (181.6 Kg). The wheelbase was 55.31 inches (1405 mm) long.
2001 Ducati 620 Sport[edit | edit source]
The 2001 MY Ducati 620 Sport has, at its heart, an air-cooled, four-stroke, 618cc, 90-degree V-Twin desmodromic powerplant mated to a five-speed manual transmission and can reach a maximum power output of 61 horsepower and 54 Nm of torque.
Also, it comes with a 43mm Marzocchi upside-down telescopic front fork, a Sachs adjustable mono-shock in the rear with a progressive linkage, Brembo brakes with dual front discs and a single disc in the rear, cast-aluminum wheels, a full-fairing with a small adjustable, a dual seat with passenger grab rails, a digital instrumentation panel and rear-mounted foot pegs.
