The Avinton Grand Sport was a v2, four-stroke standard produced by Avinton in 2014. Max torque was 123.92 ft/lbs (168.0 Nm) @ 3000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 117.47 HP (87.6 KW) @ 5750 RPM.
Engine[edit | edit source]
The engine was a air cooled v2, four-stroke. A 101.6mm bore x 101.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1645.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 5-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the beringer clutch lever.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 120/70-17 front tire and a 180/55-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc. beringer double disc front breaks with 2 x 6 pistons calipers. in the front and a single disc. beringer break lever in the rear. The Grand Sport was fitted with a 3.43 Gallon (13.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 388.01 pounds (176.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 54.33 inches (1380 mm) long.
