The Honda Gold Wing Valkyrie was a six cylinder boxer, four-stroke Cruiser motorcycle produced by Honda between 1996 and 2019. It could reach a top speed of 127 mph (205 km/h). Max torque was 123.18 ft/lbs (167.0 Nm) @ 4000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 118.01 HP (88.0 KW) @ 5500 RPM.
Engine
The engine was a liquid cooled six cylinder boxer, four-stroke. A 74.0mm bore x 71.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1832.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).
Drive
The bike has a 5-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the multi-plate with diaphragm spring in oil bath.
Chassis
It came with a 130/60-r19 front tire and a 180/55-r17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a 45mm cartridge fork with anti-dive system while the rear was equipped with a pro arm® single-side swingarm with pro-link® single shock with remote-controlled spring preload adjustment. The Gold Wing Valkyrie was fitted with a 6.0 Gallon (22.71 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 769.63 pounds (349.1 Kg). The wheelbase was 67.09 inches (1704 mm) long.
1996 Honda F 6 C Valkyrie
The F 6 C Valkyrie had a liquid cooled, four stroke, six cylinders engine and a displacement of 1520cc, which was able to develop 100 horsepower at 6000rpm and a torque of 130 Nm at 5000rpm.
2004 Honda Valkyrie Rune
The Rune has a liquid cooled, horizontally opposed six cylinder, 1893cc engine which develops 118 horsepower at 5500rpm and a torque of 167 Nm at 4000rpm.
