The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, two-stroke. A 71.1mm bore x 71.1mm stroke result in a displacement of just 247.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a membrane.

It has a six speed gearbox, suspension is 32mm front forks, with monoshock and aluminum swingarm at the rear. The IT was made for enduro use, although it was used with success for trail riding and motocross.
