The Moto Morini 350 Excalibur was a v2, four-stroke Cruiser motorcycle produced by Moto Morini between 1986 and 1991. It could reach a top speed of 90 mph (145 km/h). Max torque was 19.18 ft/lbs (26.0 Nm) @ 7000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 26.42 HP (19.7 KW) @ 7800 RPM.
Engine[edit | edit source]
The engine was a air cooled v2, four-stroke. A 62.0mm bore x 57.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 344.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a overhead valves (ohv).
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 6-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet multi-plate.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 100/90-18 front tire and a 130/90-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a Telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a Twin shock with adjustable damping. The 350 Excalibur was fitted with a 4.49 Gallon (17.00 Liters) fuel tank.
1986 - 1989 Moto Morini 350 Excalibur[edit | edit source]
The engine was stripped vapour blasting removed the unwanted black and chrome plating - then rebuilt, throwing away the incredibly heavy electric start setup and mildly porting the heads before fitting 28mm carbs.
