It came with a D408F BW 130/70B18 63H front tire and a D407 BW 180/65B16 81H rear tire. Stopping was achieved via 32 mm, 4-piston fixed caliper in the front and a 32 mm, 4-piston fixed caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a monoshock. The Road Glide Custom 110th Anniversary was fitted with a 1.59 Gallon (6.00 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 63.5 inches (1613 mm) long.

The 2013 MY Harley Davidson Road Glide Custom 110th Anniversary features the trademark shark-nose, fork-mounted fairing, and it can take on the roles of both a cruiser and a touring motorcycle, thanks to its hard, color-matching saddlebags. It sports the dependable, 1801cc, air-cooled, Twin Cam 110 powerplant that produces 165 Nm of torque and is paired to a manual, six-speed Cruise Drive transmission.
As the other CVO 110th Anniversary editions, it is limited to only 900 units, and features the signature Diamond Dust and Obsidian paint scheme, plus the solid bronze fuel tank badges, plated in black nickel and then distressed to highlight the bronze and the bright gold-tone bar and shield cloisonné is inserted in the main body of the "single wing" badge.
