The bike has a 6 Speed transmission.
ChassisEdit
It came with a 120/70-17 front tire and a 190/55-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via 2x320 Mm Discs With 4-piston Calipers in the front and a Single 220 Mm Disc With 2-piston Calipers in the rear. The front suspension was a Ohlins Upside-down Fork while the rear was equipped with a Monoshock Low Linkage. The wheelbase was 55.91 inches (1420 mm) long.
2003 Petronas FP1Edit
The FP1 began as a prototype engine but in less then one year it became the first Malaysian superbike. It had gear driven dual overhead camshafts and very strong internal engine parts. One hundred units of the road version of the Petronas FP1 were manufactured.
