Engine
The engine was a liquid cooled v2, four-stroke. A 112.0mm bore x 90.5mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1783.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).
Chassis
It came with a 130/70-18 front tire and a 240/40-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The VZR1800 was fitted with a 5.02 Gallon (19.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 703.27 pounds (319.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 67.32 inches (1710 mm) long.
