The 2009 Jawa 650 Dakar, has, at its heart a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 659cc, single cylinder engine paired to a five-speed manual transmission and can produce a claimed 48 horsepower and 58 Nm of torque. This machine is comes standard with standard features such as a Paioli telescopic fork in the front, a Grimeca braking system with dual discs in the front and a single disc in the rear, an adjustable monoshock as a rear suspension, a dual seat, laced wheels, and a small, fork-mounted fairing.
