The Kymco People S 250 was a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, single cylinder, SOHC scooter produced by Kymco between 2004 and 2010. Max torque was 15.49 ft/lbs (21.0 Nm) @ 6500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 19.04 HP (14.2 KW) @ 6750 RPM.

Engine

The engine was a liquid cooled liquid-cooled, four-stroke, single cylinder, SOHC. A 73.7mm bore x 73.7mm stroke result in a displacement of just 249.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).

Drive

The bike has a CVT transmission. Power was moderated via the wet, multiplate.

Chassis

It came with a 110/70-16 front tire and a 140/70-16 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a dual shocks. The People S 250 was fitted with a 2.2 Gallon (8.33 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 348.11 pounds (157.9 Kg). The wheelbase was 59.61 inches (1514 mm) long.
