The Benelli 402 S was a twin, four-stroke standard produced by Benelli in 2018. Max torque was 25.82 ft/lbs (35.0 Nm) @ 7000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 38.62 HP (28.8 KW) @ 9000 RPM.

Engine

The engine was a liquid cooled twin, four-stroke. A 69.0mm bore x 53.4mm stroke result in a displacement of just 399.3 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).

Drive

The bike has a 6-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet.

Chassis

It came with a 120/70-zr17 front tire and a 160/60-zr17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a inverted hydraulic damping shock absorber while the rear was equipped with a rear swing arm in steel pipes, rear shock absorber with spring preload adjustmen.
