The Piaggio X9 Evolution 125 was a single cylinder, four-stroke standard produced by Piaggio between 2005 and 2007. Max torque was 8.85 ft/lbs (12.0 Nm) @ 8000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 38.22 HP (28.5 KW) @ 10000 RPM.

Engine

The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 57.0mm bore x 48.6mm stroke result in a displacement of just 124.0 cubic centimeters.

Drive

The bike has a automatic transmission. Power was moderated via the automatic centrifuge type.

Chassis

It came with a 120/70-14 front tire and a 140/60-14 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic hydraulic fork, stanchions ø 35 mm, stroke 90 mm while the rear was equipped with a twin hydraulic shock absorbers with preload adjuster.
