The Piaggio X9 Evolution 500 was a single cylinder, four-stroke standard produced by Piaggio between 2005 and 2007. It could reach a top speed of 98 mph (158 km/h). Max torque was 31.72 ft/lbs (43.0 Nm) @ 5500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 38.22 HP (28.5 KW) @ 7500 RPM.

Engine

The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 92.0mm bore x 69.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 460.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).

Drive

The bike has a automatic transmission. Power was moderated via the automatic centrifuge type.

Chassis

It came with a 120/70-14 front tire and a 150/70-14 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc. bremo in the front and a single disc. bremo in the rear.
