It came with a 120/70 - 15in front tire and a 150/70 - 13in rear tire. Stopping was achieved via dual 280 mm discs, 2-piston floating calipers in the front and a single 240 mm disc, 2-piston floating caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a 35 mm hydraulic telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a dual double-acting hydraulic shock absorbers with adjustable spring preloading in 4 positions. The X10 350 was fitted with a 1.06 Gallon (4.00 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 63.82 inches (1621 mm) long.

The 2012 MY Piaggio X10 350 sports a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 330cc, single cylinder powerhouse paired to a continuously variable transmission (CVT). It features a high-end braking system, with dual stainless steel discs in the front, and a single stainless steel in the rear, and, as an optional, it can be fitted with ABS and ASR (Acceleration Slippery Regulation), which make it one of the most safe machines on the market. In addition, it comes with two selectable engine mappings, a sportier one, which provides full power, and a more economic one, ideal for longer hauls.

The 2013 MY Piaggio X10 350 has been designed to bridge the gap in the X10 family, between the lightweight, agile 125 and the big-bore, gritty 500. At its heart lies a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 330cc, single cylinder powerhouse mated to a continuously variable transmission, and can produce 33 horsepower and 32 Nm of torque. The suspension is composed of a 35 mm telescopic fork in the front and two hydraulic shock absorbers in the rear, which increase its agility, whether in the urban jungle or twisting country roads. Also, it can be fitted with technologies such as ABS and ASR, as well as a host of accessories that improve the functionality of this scooter, and increase its desirability among Piaggio fans and not only.
