The Honda ST1300P Police was a Liquid-cooled longitudinally mounted 90-degree V-4, DOHC, 4 valve per cylinder Sport touring motorcycle produced by Honda between 2005 and 2006. Max torque was 84.82 ft/lbs (115.0 Nm) @ 6000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 124.98 HP (93.2 KW) @ 8000 RPM.

A 78.7mm bore x 78.7mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1261.0 cubic centimeters.

The bike has a 5 Speed, manual transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet multi-disc, manual.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 120/70ZR-18 front tire and a 170/60ZR-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Dual full-floating 310mm discs with LBS three-piston calipers, ABS in the front and a Single 316mm disc with LBS three-piston caliper, ABS in the rear. The front suspension was a 45 mm HMAS cartridge fork; 4.6-inch travel while the rear was equipped with a HMAS gas-charged single shock with five-position spring preload adjustability; 4.8 inches travel. The wheelbase was 58.7 inches (1491 mm) long.

Valued for its swiftness and comfort, the ST1300 Pan European is a bike which can be often seen bearing the insignia of the police forces around the world. Dubbed the ST1300P, this Pan European is offered in its ABS trim for 2005, boasting exceptional stopping capabilities, thanks to the existing Linked Braking System (LBS).
And since police work needs some extras, the ST1300P also comes with a special dash graduated in 2 mph increments, a 3-position adjustable seat, specialized brackets for police-specific gadgets, multifunction bar switched and extra weather protection.
