The engine was a liquid cooled liquid-cooled, four-stroke, two cylinder. A 78.7mm bore x 78.7mm stroke result in a displacement of just 647.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).

The bike has a CVT transmission. Power was moderated via the centrifugal clutch.

It came with a 120/70 ZR15 front tire and a 160/60 ZR15 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via dual 270 mm discs, 2-piston floating calipers in the front and a single 270 mm disc, 2-piston floating caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a 40 mm upside down fork while the rear was equipped with a cast single swingarm. The C 600 Sport was fitted with a 4.2 Gallon (15.90 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 522.05 pounds (236.8 Kg). The wheelbase was 62.6 inches (1590 mm) long.
