==Engine==
The engine was a [[liquid cooled]] in-line four, four-stroke. A 70.5mm [[bore]] x 75.0mm [[stroke]] result in a [[displacement]] of just 1171.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin [[cam]] (dohc).  

==Drive==
The bike has a 5-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the single dry plate clutch, hydraulically operated.  

==Chassis==
It came with a 120/70-zr17 front [[tire]] and a 160/70-zr17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc. abs, 4-piston fixed calipers in the front and a single disc. four-piston fixed [[caliper]] in the rear. The front suspension was a  bmw motorrad telelever while the rear was equipped with a cast aluminium single-sided swing arm with bmw motorrad paralever.
