The K 1600 GT-based bagger gets a new rear section for a lower, more stretched-out look and updated side bags that are claimed to have a deeper body. The B’s spec sheet suggests that the seat is non-adjustable (as it is on the GT), but BMW does say that the seat height is significantly lower, especially for the passenger (the rear end is a claimed 2.75 inches lower). | |||

The BMW K1600B was a in-line six, four-stroke Road motorcycle produced by BMW between 2017 and 2019. It could reach a top speed of 124 mph (200 km/h). Max torque was 129.08 ft/lbs (175.0 Nm) @ 5520 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 156.63 HP (116.8 KW) @ 7750 RPM.
Engine[edit | edit source]
The engine was a liquid cooled in-line six, four-stroke. A 72.0mm bore x 67.5mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1649.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).

The bike has a 6-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the multiple-disc clutch in oil bath.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 120/70-zr17 front tire and a 190/55-zr17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc. abs. four-piston calipers. in the front and a single disc. abs. two-piston calipers. in the rear. The front suspension was a bmw motorrad duolever while the rear was equipped with a bmw motorrad paralever. The K1600B was fitted with a 7.0 Gallon (26.50 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 63.7 inches (1618 mm) long.
