The Bajaj PULSAR 150 was a Single cylinder, 4-stroke, Air-cooled, DTS-i Sport touring motorcycle produced by Bajaj between 2006 and 2017. Max torque was 8.85 ft/lbs (12.0 Nm) @ 6500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 6.03 HP (4.5 KW) @ 9000 RPM.

The bike has a 5-Speed transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet Multi-plate.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 2.75-17 front tire and a 100/90-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Single disc 240mm in the front and a Drum 130mm in the rear. The front suspension was a Telescopic, with anti-friction bush while the rear was equipped with a 5 way adjustable, Nitrox shock absorbe. The PULSAR 150 was fitted with a 1.06 Gallon (4.00 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 52.01 inches (1321 mm) long.

The Bajaj Pulsar 150 it was one of the famous sport motorcycles in India. This model still carries the same 149.2cc with some minor as well as major tweaks.


2015 Bajaj PULSAR 150[edit | edit source]

In 2014 the Pulsar 150 comes equipped with a telescopic fork suspension at the front and Nitrox shock absorber at the rear. The engine of this model is a 149.1cc, single cylinder, 4-stroke, air cooled can produces 11.23 hp (10.1Kw) @ 9000 rpm and a maxim tourque of 12.5 Nm (9.2 lb-ft) @ 6500 rpm.

In 2015 The Bajaj Pulsar 150 has been designed to ensure maximum comfort for the rider with its upright seating position, smooth suspension and 17” alloy wheels. The comfort gets further accentuated with all new contoured seat made with premium material. Resting on 135mm telescopic front forks with anti-friction bushes and a 5 step adjustable Nitrox rear shock absorbers, the Pulsar 150 is a delight to handle and a pleasure when riding in the city or out on the highway.
