The Beta Alp125 was a single cylinder, four-stroke standard produced by Beta between 2001 and 2012. It could reach a top speed of 56 mph (90 km/h). Claimed horsepower was 10.73 HP (8.0 KW) @ 9800 RPM.

Engine

The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 66.0mm bore x 58.2mm stroke result in a displacement of just 124.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).

Drive

The bike has a 5-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-disc.

Chassis

It came with a 90/90-21 front tire and a 120/80-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a hydraulic fork, ø38 mm while the rear was equipped with a monoshock with adjustable spring preload. The Alp125 was fitted with a 1.8 Gallon (6.80 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 237.0 pounds (107.5 Kg). The wheelbase was 53.94 inches (1370 mm) long.
