Stopping was achieved via 185mm rotor with 4-piston caliper in the front and a 160mm rotor with twin-piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a 38mm Paioli while the rear was equipped with a adjustable single shock, aluminum bodied, with nitrogen valve including linkage. The Evo 250 4-Stroke Sport was fitted with a 0.53 Gallon (2.00 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 51.42 inches (1306 mm) long.

The 2015 MY Beta Evo 250 4-Stroke Sport is a machine designed with a larger fuel tank specifically for trial riders who prefer longer courses or even outdoor outings through the wilderness.
The two-wheeler sports a four-stroke, liquid-cooled, 249cc, single cylinder engine and a sturdy, five-speed manual transmission. The bike is more comfortable, suitable for longer rides and has custom-like aesthetics, thanks to upgrades such as a bigger fuel-tank with a built-in seat, knobby tires, Beta hand guards, a clutch with an improved setting for more aggressive shifts plus special Sport edition graphics to give it a touch of "class".
