The Bimota Tesi 2D was a v2, four-stroke standard produced by Bimota between 2006 and 2007. Max torque was 68.01 ft/lbs (92.2 Nm) @ 6300 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 90.12 HP (67.2 KW) @ 8000 RPM.

Engine

The engine was a oil & air cooled v2, four-stroke. A 94.0mm bore x 71.5mm stroke result in a displacement of just 992.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a desmodromic valve control.

Drive

The bike has a 6-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the dry multiplate.

Chassis

It came with a 120/70-zr17 front tire and a 180/55-zr17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc. bremo in the front and a single disc. bremo in the rear. The Tesi 2D was fitted with a 2.64 Gallon (10.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 328.49 pounds (149.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 54.13 inches (1375 mm) long.
