The bike has a 5-speed, manual transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-disc, manual.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 120/70 ZR18 front tire and a 180/55 ZR17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via dual 320mm discs, 4-piston calipers in the front and a single 230mm disc, 2-piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a 42mm Marzocchi upside-down fork while the rear was equipped with a Ohlins adjustable mono-shock.

The 1992 MY Bimota YB10 Dieci Biposto is one of the few machines from the Italian brand that can accommodate a rider and the eventual passenger. It shared all its other features with the base YB10, such as the 42mm Marzocchi upside-down fork, the Ohlins mono-shock in the rear or the Brembo braking system.

In the tech/engine department, it sports a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 1002cc, transverse four cylinder engine, mated to a five-speed manual transmission, and can produce a claimed 145 horsepower and 94 Nm of torque.
