The engine was a liquid cooled v8, four-stroke. The engine featured a 10.7:1 compression ratio. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).

It came with a 130/90-16 front tire and a 300/35-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc. dual 4-piston caliper in the front and a single disc. 2-piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a inverted forks, 63 mm, adjustable preload while the rear was equiped with a dual coilover shocks, adjustable preload.
