The [[Buell]]'s are innovative sport bikes, using [[Harley-Davidson]] [[engines]].  They were made in the US by a small team of enthusiasts headed by Erik Buell.  The extensive fairings reduce wind resistance, compensating for the modest power output.  Buell later turned into a divison of the Harley Davidson Motor Co, but is now disbanded.
