The Cagiva E900 Elefant was a v2, four-stroke enduro / offroad motorcycle produced between 1990 and 1997. It could reach a top speed of 115 mph (185 km/h). Max torque was 57.53 ft/lbs (78.0 Nm) @ 5500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 66.51 HP (49.6 KW) @ 6500 RPM.
Engine
The engine was a air cooled v2, four-stroke. A 92.0mm bore x 68.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 904.0 cubic centimeters. The engine featured a 9.2:1 compression ratio. Fuel was supplied via a desmodromic valve control.
Drive
The bike has a 6-speed transmission. The final drive was via chain.
Chassis
It came with a 100/90-19 front tire and a 140/80-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The E900 Elefant was fitted with a 6.34 Gallon (24.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 407.86 pounds (185.0 Kg).
