The Cagiva Planet 125 was a single cylinder, two-stroke standard produced by Cagiva between 1998 and 2003. It could reach a top speed of 71 mph (114 km/h). Max torque was 8.85 ft/lbs (12.0 Nm) @ 8500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 14.62 HP (10.9 KW) @ 10400 RPM.

Engine[edit | edit source]

The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, two-stroke. A 56.0mm bore x 50.6mm stroke result in a displacement of just 124.6 cubic centimeters.

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 6-speed transmission.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 110/70-17 front tire and a 150/60-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The Planet 125 was fitted with a 3.3 Gallon (12.50 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 275.58 pounds (125.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 54.92 inches (1395 mm) long.
