The Can-Am/ Brp Commander 1000R DPS was a liquid-cooled, 4-stroke, Rotax V-twin ATV produced by Can-Am/ Brp in 2015.

The bike has a CVT, L / H / N / R / P transmission.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a Maxxis Bighorn 2.0 27 x 9 x 14 in front tire and a Maxxis Bighorn 2.0 27 x 11 x 14 in rear tire. Stopping was achieved via dual 214 mm ventilated disc brakes with hydraulic twin-piston calipers in the front and a single 214 mm ventilated disc brake with hydraulic twin-piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a double A-arm, Motion Control shocks while the rear was equipped with a Torsional Trailing arm Independent (TTI), Motion Control shocks. The Commander 1000R DPS was fitted with a 2.64 Gallon (10.00 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 75.79 inches (1925 mm) long.
