A 99.1mm bore x 99.1mm stroke result in a displacement of just 660.0 cubic centimeters.
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 5-speed, manual transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-disc, manual.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 110/60 -17 front tire and a 160/60 -17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single 320mm disc, 4-piston caliper in the front and a single 245mm disc, 1-piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a 43mm upside-down telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a progressive mono-shock.
2008 Derbi Mulhacén 659 Café[edit | edit source]
The 2008 MY Derbi Mulhacén 659 Café is inspired from the 60's cafe racers, and is sure to fit the needs of those riders who want a minimalist machine, but one that will still stand out in a crowd. It comes with a small headlight and windscreen, blacked-out, cast-aluminum wheels, wide handlebars, a single seat, a blacked-out frame, an analogue and digital instrumentation panel, a 43mm upside-down telescopic fork, a rear mono-shock suspension and front and rear disc brakes.
In the engine department it comes equipped with a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 660cc, single cylinder powerplant paired to a five-speed manual transmission and can reach a maximum power output of 49 horsepower at 6000 rpm.
