The Ducati 350 Sport Desmo was a air-cooled, four-stroke, parallel twin cylinder, SOHC, desmodromic 2 valves per cylinder Sport Bike motorcycle produced by Ducati between 1977 and 1980.

A 71.1mm bore x 71.1mm stroke result in a displacement of just 349.0 cubic centimeters.
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 5-speed, manual transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-disc, manual.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 3.25-18 front tire and a 3.50-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via dual 256mm discs, Brembo in the front and a single 257mm disc, Brembo in the rear. The front suspension was a Marzocchi telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a dual shocks.
1977 - 1979 Ducati 350 Sport Desmo[edit | edit source]
The 1977 MY Ducati 350 Sport Desmo is one of the first sportbikes from Borgo Panigale that employs the use of a desmodromic engine. It comes with features such as a 35mm Paioli telescopic front fork, dual shock absorbers as a rear suspension, dual front disc brakes coupled to a single disc in the rear, a half-fairing with a windscreen, a single seat, a chromed exhaust system, cast-aluminum wheels and an analogue instrument cluster. In the engine department it sports an air-cooled, four-stroke, 349cc, parallel twin cylinder powerhouse mated to a five-speed manual transmission.
1980 Ducati 350 Sport Desmo[edit | edit source]
The 1980 MY Ducati 350 Sport Desmo has at its heart an air-cooled, four-stroke, 349cc, parallel twin cylinder desmodromic engine mated to a five-speed manual transmission. Also, it has fittings such as a Marzocchi telescopic front fork, dual shock absorbers in the rear, Borrani cast-aluminum wheels, Brembo brakes in the front and in the rear, a single seat, an analogue instrument cluster, a steel frame and a center stand.
