The Ducati 851 S3 Strada was a v2, four-stroke Sport Bike motorcycle produced by Ducati between 1989 and 1992. It could reach a top speed of 142 mph (228 km/h). Max torque was 53.11 ft/lbs (72.0 Nm) @ 7250 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 91.06 HP (67.9 KW) @ 9000 RPM.

Engine

The engine was a liquid cooled v2, four-stroke. A 92.0mm bore x 64.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 851.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a desmodromic valve control.

Drive

The bike has a 6-speed transmission.

Chassis

It came with a 120/60-17 front tire and a 180/55-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via dual disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a Marzocchi upside-down telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a Marzocchi adjustable monoshock. The 851 S3 Strada was fitted with a 5.28 Gallon (20.00 Liters) fuel tank.
